Q. Where are you located?
A. We are located at the corner of West Illinois and Ric Street, Building #1 in the Midland Business Center. Ric Street is roughly one long block west of Midland Drive. Click here to see a map of our location.

Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. We are open Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Q. What services are provided each day?
A. Clients receive a light breakfast or morning snack, a hearty lunch, and an afternoon snack. Group activities include crafts, daily exercise, as well as other forms of entertainment.

Q. Is transportation available?
A. Yes, for a small fee, within Midland and Odessa.

Q. How do you enroll?
A. Visit us and complete an application for processing. You will be notified when you can begin attending. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Medicaid, Area Agency on Aging, and private pay are accepted.

Q. How much do you charge?
A. A full day (4 hours or more) is $50. A half day (less than 4 hours) is $45. For anyone attending five days a week, this averages out to around $1,000 a month, which is one fourth the cost of conventional nursing homes. Transportation is $15 per day. Medicaid covers all costs. We are unable to accept Medicare.

Q. Is there a monthly minimum?
A. No, you will only be charged for the time you attend. No attendance contract is required. Some clients attend five days a week, some just one day a week, some two days a week, and so on. You choose your time. We are here whenever you need our services.
