Mission Center is a state-licensed nonprofit agency offering multi-disciplinary comprehensive daytime health and activity programs for Midland County and Ector County.

Mission Center uses a holistic approach that entails basic health promotion and an in-depth activity program  to meet the needs of our clients in every area of functioning. The goal of the organization is to promote health and well-being, prevent further illness and disability, and restore clients to their maximum functioning levels through our program.

• SKILLED NURSING CARE:
  Medication assistance, monthly wellness checks, glucose Monitoring.
• TRANSPORTATION:
  Midland County, Martin County, and Ector County.
• NUTRITIOUS MEALS:
  Provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
• SOCIAL SERVICES:
  Transitional care after hospitalization or skilled nursing stay, case management, and family counseling.
