What services are provided each day?
Clients receive breakfast or morning snack, a hearty lunch, and an afternoon snack. Group Activities include crafts, daily exercise, as well as other forms of entertainment.
Is transportation available?
Yes, for a small fee of $15 per day, within Midland and Ector County.
How do I enroll my loved one?
Call us and set up an assessment with our registered nurse or visit us and complete an application for processing. You will be notified when your loved one can begin attending. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Medicaid, Area Agency on Aging, Veteran's Administration, and private pay are accepted.
How much do you charge?
A full day (4 hours or more) is $60. A half day (less than 4 hours) is $50. For anyone attending five days a week, this averages out to around $1,000 a month, which is one fourth the cost of conventional nursing homes. Transportation is $15 per day. Medicaid and the Veteran's Administration cover all costs. We are unable to accept Medicare.
Is there a monthly minimum?
No, you will only be charged for the time your loved one attends. No attendance contract is required. Some clients attend five days a week, some just attend one day a week, some two days a week, and so on. You choose your time. We are here whenever you need our services.
Is there financial assistance if I cannot afford to pay the private pay rate?
Yes, please contact Vanda Moore at 432-688-7725 or Jayni Whitefield 432-688-7723.
